Red Kettle Christmas In July Fundraiser: The Salvation Army, Bay Ridge Corps will be out ringing the bell, Mon. 7/13 thru Sat. 7/18, in front of Century 21 from 10AM-8PM. Your support is greatly appreciated. Money raised will be used for our Social Service Ministry, providing rent assistance to prevent eviction, utility bills, clothing, food, infant formula, diapers and school supplies. If you can't make it to the Kettle check donations may be mailed to: The Salvation Army, 252 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11209 (Memo line-Cmas in July).

51st Anniversary Dinner Dance At El Caribe: The Guild will hold its 51st Anniversary Dinner Dance at the El Caribe. Honorees will be chosen who have helped the Guild in its mission of Building Better Lives for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and their Families. This Gala affair is the Guild's principle fundraiser each year and attracts a good deal of media attention. Attendance is expected by legislators, who have, in the past, presented citations to the Guild's honorees.
